A number of veg options here. We ordered almost everything on the menu. The egg sushi has fish stock in it, be advised.

Good option for sushi - Edit
This place had a couple of different choices when it comes to vegan sushi. Was a nice experience, not that price and nice staff.
Read moreBe careful with what you order outside of the vegan e.g., fried food as it seems to be fried in the same place as meat and fish.

Felt like we had a lot of options, went back a second night - Edit
Yum! Totally happy to find a genuine sushi place with so many vegetarian and vegan friendly options (judged from the menu listing, didn't confirm ingredients with staff). Order with a tablet for fresh and fast food, great price. Went back for our second night in Aomori as it was just so good! Had a super nice tofu and sweet potato salad, maki (cucumber, gourd, radish, natto), sweet potato tempura sushi and inari. Wish it existed were we live!
