Paris-born Italian gelato company operating numerous outlets internationally. Daily range includes multiple vegan sorbet flavors like chocolate and different fruits. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-2:00am.
I am not sure how they even got on happy cow. I don't think they have any control over what is vegan what is not, and their staff certainly can't tell the difference. It is super pricy for Playa, maybe the priciest place.
We asked for the price of the smallest cup which is 85 Pesos, we added three vegan flavors: chocolate, strawberry and mango. The fruits are good, we did not like chocolate that much. When we went to the cashier, we were charged 115 Pesos because the guy just thought that the small cup is too tiny. We had the impression that we were not the first guests that got charged too much, so ask for the exact price again when they put the ice cream in the cup.
You can taste a lot of sorts but this is just so much plastic waste!
I didn't see any vegan pistachio or hazelnut flavors on offer but must say the chocolate one is really nice! I'm generally a bit "meh it's water ice cream" about sorbet but was pleasantly surprised. Nice alternative to the hundred Aldo's on La Quinta. Also the rose shape is kinda nifty. To get another cow they'd have to add some actual plant milk options though!
They let you taste a few before buying, so you know exactly what you're getting!
I feel compelled to write about this because I would hate for it to happen to someone else. You have to pay prior to choosing your flavors. As I paid, I asked the cashier if the cones were vegan; he said he didn’t know (I now know they are) and stated that instead he had 3 macaron flavors that were vegan. Long story short the macarons are NOT vegan. They have the vegan ice cream flavors labeled, but now I really don’t even know if they were labeled right since the employees really don’t seem to care or understand.
As an aside, I feel this place is very expensive. It’s 6.50 for a small cone.

The Amorino offers ice cream in a rose-style. They have quite a few vegan options, like hazelnut, pistachio and dark chocolate. Taste was just great!
