Willing to accommodate

Their staff wasn't knowledgeable about veganism, but they were very willing to make substitutions to their menu.

The creamer they use for milk tea contains casein, so if you want a milk tea, ask for it removed, and add one of their dairy-free milks, like soy or almond.

Fruit teas and lemonades are vegan, as are most of their toppings. As they offer a lot of seasonal drinks, make sure to ask very specific questions in order to see if one can be made vegan.

I ordinarily wouldn't like having to try this hard to have a good cup of tea, but as a lover of Taiwanese milk tea, I'm just overjoyed we have the option!
