Only fruit sorbet - Edit

Only a few fruity sorbets. Okay flavours but would have liked it better if they had more creamy vegan ice cream, like soy/coconut/cashew/oat based. Would not go back.

Nice place - Edit

Vegan options were chocolate with nuts, raffaello and sorbets. I took strawberry and raffaello flavor and they were delicious. especially the strawberry, very intense in taste.

Decent ice cream in nice area 👍 - Edit

Nice small ice cream shop and café in Letná district, just a walking distance from the stunning park with all its options for a fun family day. They have a decent selection of sorbets, and also 1 or 2 creamy vegan options every day. We tried both of the creamy flavors and sevaral sorbets and everything tasted nicely.
Overall, if you are in the area and craving some solid vegan ice cream, you won’t go wrong with Amato but I would hardly be coming back for the ice cream alone 🤷‍♂️
On the other hand, while not a standout, every ice cream parlor that makes the effort to serve not only sorbets but creamy vegan options deserves an additional star in my book, earning Amato that 4th star that I would otherwise save for a more memorable ice cream options 😌

Cons: Rather average ice cream

nice ice cream parlour - Edit

Amato Gelateria is a small café with a big variety of ice cream flavours. However, only a few of them are vegan - for example Raffaello. The stuff is nice and serve huge portions. The restaurant has a small garden.
