Great coffee and treats - Edit
My partner and I were looking for coffee and a snack before heading to Katoomba for lunch and Altitude delivered. Great coffee and the best vegan cookie I can remember eating! They have clearly marked vegan options.

Vegan breaking! - Edit
Had option of full breakfast or breakfast roll, opted for the breakfast roll, although only vegan bread options where turkish bread or sour dough ( both incurred additional cost) tasty and filling , nice coffee!

The vegan breakfast (which I had) and the vegetarian breakfast (which my other half had) were both superb. Tasty, varied, and generous portions. I loved that the vegan sausage on my plate wasn't trying to be meat. It was a delicious grain-and-vegetable melange with a crisp exterior. Just as tasty as I remember sausage being, but with a more agreeable texture. Others who mentioned the quality of the coffee weren't kidding. SO good.

This cafe has a few options for vegan. I got the roast pumpkin sandwich with no feta but added a vegan cheese slice. I don’t think it needed the cheese. Vegan cheese is not great when it’s not melted.

Good sandwiches; decent number of options. Got an $11 breaky roll with vegan cheese and vegan sausage along with mushroom and spinach. Nice vibe.

I was really excited to find this gem. I'd hoped just to get a takeaway sandwich but there's nothing labelled vegan there. The labelled items on the menu are the vegan breakfast, Falafal burger or Satay Tofu burger (vegan option). The vegan breakfast though was soo good, and an incredible price; $23 for a huge plate of food I was very impressed. Everything cooked deliciously full of flavour, the salsa was so tasty. Will definitely be back.

We did a canyoning tour from katoomba and they supplied lunch from this place so we visited the cafe afterwards on our way to Bathurst. The coffee is freaking amazing, like seriously good, and the sandwiches are so so delicious. We went halves in the adzuki bean / avo burger, and the satay tofu, both on Turkish. And on our tour we also had the falafel and eggplant. Seriously amazing. Get on it guys! You won't be disappointed!!!!
