Convenient option in this almost-vegan-empty area of Madrid

This particular area of Madrid is like the Sahara desert when it comes to vegan options. This is a relatively new coffee shop, their coffee was good, the red velvet cupcake was a bit dry but they have plenty of other vegan options to choose from.
