Freshly prepared Ethiopian cuisine with lots of vegan options - Edit
Addis Abeba offers a vegetarian and vegan platter which comes with a variety of lentils, spinach, beetroot, and other vegetables, plus a tasty salad. The owner is also very friendly and helpful if you need advice on allergens etc.

Ethiopian is quite vegan friendly - Edit
Normally I don't like if the menu doesn't clearly say what's vegan. But since Ethiopian cuisine is quite vegan friendly be default and since the advertise vegan prominently on the outside I can overlook that. Eating Ethiopian is quite the new experience: You pick up the curries using pieces of a very unique flatbread.
