Good açai in a non eco-friendly cafe

This place serves tapiocas and açai. The açai is naturally vegan and it tastes pretty good. There is also a good variety of toppings such as fruit and granola. Unfortunately the toppings for the tapioca are not vegan.
The service was poor and this place could not care less about the environment. Everything is served in single-use plastics (plastic spoons, straws and the cups in which the açai comes). I asked the staff member if they had though about the possibility of using bamboo cutlery and straws instead and she drily replied "no", without even looking at me. I honestly do not understand how the overuse of plastic is not seen as problematic.

I do not appreciate when people/businesses are not open to constructive feedback or improvement and for me service is as important as the food offered. For that reason, I will not come back.

I am sure you can great açai in other places in Lisbon, where attention and care are paid both to the customer and to the planet.

Pros: Tasty açai with a good variety of toppings

Cons: Poor service , Overuse of plastic, Unfriendly staff

Do not understand English and nothing marked as vegan

Tasted good in the end, but was a bit difficult to order because the employee does not understand English.

Pros: Not very comfortable

Yummy

Great pesto tapioca sandwich thingy (order without mozzarella for vegan) and açaí cup. Really hit the spot for brunch.

Pros: Nice location, Friendly staff who understand what vegan means

Cons: Could have vegan options labeled , Could always have more vegan options

Best vegan summer treat in the world

Açaí are heavenly antioxidant berries very often used in Brazilian cooking. When grinded into an icy smoothie, they make for the perfect ice cream/summery treat.
You can choose from a ton of different toppings and sauces to go with your açaí cup - and you can also order a tapioca pancake to go with your order, if you have an ultra demanding sweet tooth. You DEFINITELY don't want to skip this place.

Pros: TASTE and quality, Location, Super kind and helpful staff
