Seventh-Day Adventist operate a food truck (bookmobile) which travels through British Columbia, stopping in various towns to sell vegan & vegetarian foodstuff, as well as literature. You do not need to be Seventh-Day Adventist to shop here. Check its web schedule to see when the truck will come to Salmon Arm next.

Rare faux meats, very affordable prices

I was a bit nervous to check this out, as I am not Seventh-Day Adventist. I walked in and they just smiled and said "hello" and I started shopping. The freezers have a really big selection of faux meats that I have never seen anywhere else. A few of them had milk or egg in them, so double-check the ingredients. They also carry products like vegan parmesan, canned faux meats and vegan cookbooks. Prices are amazing. I will definitely be back next time they are in town. Pros: interesting vegan foods, great prices, very friendly

Cons: only in town once every few months
