A Terra at Hotel Octant

The restaurant in the hotel Octant has a very nice atmosphere, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Vegan options are a bit limited, the had aubergine schnitzel and baked pumpkin to choose from. As a vegan starter they offer a fennel salad with maracuja dressing. Although quite pricey, the food was excellent, great combination of flavors. Especially the baked pumpkin with seaweed was outstanding!

Great Food

The chickpea spinach entree for dinner was excellent as were the side salad and the roasted vegetables. I am always surprised and it takes a lot of getting used to that vegan entrées are so significantly smaller than meat entrées for the same price. No vegan protein options. That is the case in point for dinner at Terra Azore. I had to order a second entree - a veganized vegetarian pizza in order to be full.

The buffet breakfast offers quite a few vegan options, but the only source of protein is the flavorful bean dish.

Pros: Very tasty food, Accommodating to vegans, EXCELLENT service

Cons: Pricey, No solid vegan protein options
