Best Ban Mei sandwich I’ve had in years. Passed through Moab on a recent trip and this was a great choice. They also had some vegan treats from a local bakery in a basket that were fresh.

Amazing - Edit
Has so many amazing vegan options, and if it’s not already labeled vegan on the menu you can customize it so it is. Servers are awesome and my non-vegan friends loved the vegan food they had!

Great vegan options - Edit
We were very pleased to find so many vegan choices on the menu - including vegan peanut butter cookies for dessert. The menu is clearly labeled and has a variety of vegan options, including lemongrass tofu and tempeh. They have a kids pho which is not listed on the menu. The vegan pho broth was so flavorful - probably the best I’ve had. We had the vegan philly sandwich and ban mi salad. The salad was fantastic. The philly was also good. Wish we could have tried the vegan nachos with Kim chi. Next time!

Vegan done right - Edit
I ate here with my family who isn't vegan and got the vegan cheese steak- they all tried it and said that it was the best thing any of us got! They use real vegetables and spice (and salt) their foods perfectly. And everyone who works here is AWESOME! they may also serve meat, but I am so grateful for this kind place.

Just go there!!! - Edit
Seems like everyone who liked this place has stolen our thunder, especially for the Vegan Philly Steak sandwich. My wife was disappointed, only for the fact that the server had no idea what brand of vegan cheese they used (Violife????). We were both shocked at how creamy and delicious it was. I ordered the vegan pho, which was chocked full of really fresh ingredients. Definitely a vegan-must-go-stop in Moab.

98 Center has a nice local vibe with creative menu. - Edit
Had a nice time exploring the menu, nice variety of unique vegan dishes (and meat dishes) also a nice variety of beers and other non-main stream drink offerings. We started with Vegan nachos, they’re great-there was a little Kim chi in there, added a little kick I thought! We ordered the Banh mi salad and the Vegan cheese steak sandwich, with a cup of pho. I should have gotten the smaller sandwich. It was all great but too much food, I’m stuffed. It was our first time no disappointments and fun to try something a little different

If I could give this 5 stars I would. Sure they serve meat, but their vegan options are absolutely insane. I went twice during the two days I was visiting Moab. Got the tofu bahn mi which was delicious. For a non vegan restaurant they did a damn good job with the tofu. Second day I got the vegan cheesesteak. Oh. My. God. I was mind blown. I had to double check with the server that it was infact vegan because it tasted so much like a real cheesesteak!! Apparently the owner is from philly, so they wanted to imitate the original as best as they could. And they did it. I wish I could go every weekend and get that cheesesteak. Mushrooms: perfection. Bread: perfection. Vegan cheese sauce: perfection. Maybe the best vegan meal I’ve had in my 2.5 years of doing it so far. 10/10 recommend. If you are in Moab, do not miss out on this. Even better, they have so many vegan drink options, the staff is incredibly friendly and very aware of vegan food. A round of applause for 98 center Moab. Well done.

Yummy banh mi - Edit
We got the tofu banh mi and it was really good! It was sweet and also pretty spicy, it wasn’t like a banh mi I’d have before but it was tasty.

Really wish I could give this place 5 stars - Edit
SO good — fantastic food with a ton of great vegan options. Outdoor dining would make a super cute date night or equivalent, and the heat lamps keep everything comfortable even in the evening. I had both the vegan pho and a vegan banh mi, and both were fantastic. Beer menu is cool too. Really pleased with the variety options — and our server (Cozy) was fantastic too. I ate both here and at Singha Thai next door, and this place blows that one out of the water (even though I did really like the Thai place)

So many options!! - Edit
This place has the best vegan cheesesteak I have ever had! If you like mushrooms and you love a nice hearty meal this is the sandwich for you. I wish I wasn’t traveling so I could enjoy this place and all the options it has every single day! Staff was incredibly friendly and there’s even an option to go without plastic utensils. Definitely a go to spot if you are ever in Moab.

Great options in a place with few - Edit
Not much around these parts. During covid we got pick up food two nights in a row. Vegan cheesesteak, bahn mi salad with tofu, and pho. Plus vegan blondes and cookies. All very good! The only place we event attempted to eat at while in Moab for Arches... No photos of food because it was pick up only.

Get the banh mi nachos - Edit
I absolutely love the banh mi nachos (and sandwiches and salads). Great vegan cheesesteaks, pho, and noodle salads too. Knowledgeable staff and clearly marked menu. A bit pricey but I usually bring home leftovers. Fun dessert options, my favorite is the vegan blondie a la mode with cashew ice cream. Fun atmosphere, a favorite for locals and visitors alike. They host local events and great winter Sunday brunches with live music. Only can’t give 5 stars cuz not fully vegan.

Wow! Just wow! Loved it, loved everything about it. We had a three course meal, complete with alcoholic beverages. It was a fantastic meal. We had the banh mi nachos and blondie a la mode. I also had the vegan pho. I also had a delish cider from SLC. Everything was amazing. The service was good and the atmosphere is very good. I highly recommend. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Moab.

This place is so CRAY CRAY GOOD! I was worried about finding a place with good vegan food and no worries here. Been back 2 nights in a row and everything we have tried is amazing. My favorite is the Behn Mi Salad with grilled lemongrass tofu. I also love the Vegan Pho. My husband, who isn't Vegan has lots of great options too and he is asking to come back tomorrow.

Mushroom Cheesesteak bomb - Edit
Stopped in for dinner while touring with my band. We got the vegan pho, vegan Bahn mi, and vegan Mushroom Cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was a standout fave with lotsa flavor but everything else was just ok. Improved the bahn mi with some fresh Serrano peppers, vegan hoisin, and sriracha.
