Serves meat, vegan options available. Another Thai food restaurant in town where you could get dishes with vegetables and tofu. Specify vegan and say no egg, fish/oyster sauce. Ask for rice noodles instead of egg noodles. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-3:00pm, 5:00pm-9:30pm, Sat-Sun 3:00pm-9:30pm.

Great Thai - Edit
Red and Green vegan curries with spring (cold) rolls as appetizer. Aussies would recognise the spring rolls as cold rolls, not the deep fried variety. But very tasty and a lot healthier than the Aussie version.
Read morePros: Very tasty, Lots of vegan options, Good service
Cons: Only beers were 3 Asian beers., Only wines were cheap house wines, Can I get past this page now?

Hit the spot! - Edit
Everything was delicious! The people were very friendly and helpful in making vegan choices. We had the veggie fresh roll, panang curry with tofu, and veggie (no egg) drunken noodles. If we weren't passing through Moab, we would have gone back for another meal.

Delicious curry! - Edit
We stopped here for a light dinner and shared the veg spring rolls and the tofu and vegetable yellow curry. The spring rolls were just your standard spring roll stuffed with veggies but that’s exactly what we wanted! The yellow curry is super good and flavorful. We got it to go (they were super fast, too) and I was happy to see they gave us some chili oil and sambal oelek. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in town!

Good stuff! - Edit
We ordered tofu green curry and a noodle dish called Lo-mein (with tofu too), both came with rice. We specified we were vegan, and the waiter switched egg noodles for rice noodles and omitted fried egg and all any fish based sauces, so that was very nice of her! It's a LOT of food, came out feeling stuffed.

This place is the best. The food is incredible and the service is so great. Portions are so generous. Loved it. Wish we could go back! So many vegan options or things that can be made vegan, your server will let you know. Don’t miss this place!!!

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Knowledgeable about what can or can’t be vegan and was able to give suggestions. All of our dishes were very tasty and the Mango Sticky Rice was to die for. So happy we stopped here.

Amazing Thai food, super friendly - Edit
We had the broccoli dish, which was incredible, and the Massaman curry—both amazing. Medium spicy is supposed to be a 2 out of 5 but really was more of a 3. Will certainly come back!

Best food in Moab - Edit
We got panang and massaman curry and both were 10/10. The fried tofu was literally perfect. The person I spoke to said most of the curries can be made vegan!

If you’re vegan, go here - Edit
The waitress told me most things can be made vegan, as everything is made fresh. I ordered egg-rolls (vegan, but just ask for them to be vegan to be 100% sure) and red curry with tofu (I specifically asked if they can make it without fish sauce/shellfish, and was told yes). Super friendly staff and excellent service. Moab, as a town, isn’t the best for vegan options, so it was nice to have this.

A Hidden Gem in Moab (Literally) - Edit
Staff was very friendly upon arrival. The door is through the hallway by the way! Stopped through and grabbed the Pad Thai w/ vegetables. She made it vegan by removing the egg and sauce. Just ask them to make vegan and they are very considerate in doing so! Great vibes!

Awesome option in Moab - we went here 2x of our 5 nights in town. Tom yum noodle soup and choo chee curry were stand outs - warm and comforting, large portions, fresh veggies, fresh tofu (not fried). Second night we tried green beans, drunken noodles, and cashew sauce tofu - good, but other dishes from night #1 (not fried) were better! Stir fried dish options seem to have fried tofu. Loveeeeeddd the wide selection of loose leaf tea. Food comes out FAST. It is really popular so make a reservation or get there when they open! Service was warm and friendly, attentive but not overly, understood vegan parameters as others have mentioned.

It was okay - Edit
This wasn’t my favorite Thai restaurant I’ve been to. And my pad thai tasted like there was fish sauce in it when I asked for it to be omitted. The fishy flavor caused me not to like it so much. Be sure to really specify that you want your meal made vegan.
Read morePros: The ability to make your meal vegan, Beautiful art all around , Only 3 people eating there when I went

Authentic Thai Food - careful attention for vegans - Edit
We really enjoyed the food at this authentic Thai restaurant. We ordered green curry rice, green beans and choo chee curry. Most Thai restaurants put fish/shrimp sauce in their food but this restaurant really understood what vegan was and when we specified - they said they use separate woks for vegans. Everything was delicious! The service was exceptional. We would definitely go back.

Solid Thai food - Edit
There are 4 Thai places in town, and this is the only one I tried, so I can’t speak to whether it’s the best option around. However, I can say that the curry was fantastic, the noodles were good, and the person on the phone knew what dishes were vegan and how to make others that way easily.

Real authentic Thai! - Edit
Tried to give 5 stars, but the app wouldn't allow it. This is the BEST Thai food I have had! It is real authentic Thai! The staff was so personable, that my Thai boyfriend and I felt at home. The food here was bursting with flavor. I had the green curry, with sticky rice, and took some home for later. We made sure to go back a second time before leaving town, just to say goodbye, and get food to go.

Singha Thai holds it down - Edit
One of four Thai restaurants in the picturesque town of Moab, Singha stands on its own with all your favorite Thai dishes easily veganized by request. Started with a nice cup of tom kha coconut soup with mushroom and spices to ward off the winter chill and proceeded with green curry and a rice noodle dish with vegetables.
