Disappointing

I would never go to this place again. Went there with a meat eater. We went for dinner. You get to make your own pizza for 3400. You choose a main, base and toppings. There were vegan toppings, but no vegan main. I asked if I can get an extra topping instead of the main, they told me no. I didn't feel like paying 3400 for a tomato sauce pizza with 4 toppings. My friend ordered pizza and told me it was a 4/10. I ordered grilled veggies (ask them not to put cheese on top). They were half raw.
Overall an unpleasant experience and totally not worth it.

Fancy Pizzeria that understands vegan

During lunch you only get to choose from a course menu. There are 2 course menus one that can be adapted to vegan food (¥2800) and the other one isn't an option for vegans. The food was delicious and fancy.

Pros: Delicious , View from the restaurant , Access

Cons: Tables are places too close

Delicious pizza but a bit of a hassle

Tokyoites may already be familiar with 800 Degrees, a vegan-friendly American build-your-own-pizza chain that has locations in Shinjuku and Minami Aoyama. We were thrilled to learn that they opened their newest location in the NeWoman department store inside Yokohama station!

But this location is a little different—instead of ordering your pizza at the counter and having it built in front of you, this restaurant is fully table service. Also, bafflingly, you can only order a pizza as part of a set, which includes dishes that aren’t vegan. The manager was willing to work with us and let us order just a pizza, but we can’t understand why a restaurant that goes out of its way to include vegan options would make it more difficult for vegans to actually order them.

The manager said we could order a pizza with three toppings and a drink, for 1200 yen each. All of the veggie toppings are vegan, as are the soy milk cheese and plant-based hamburg. We sat at the counter, which meant we could watch our pizzas being made. The finished project was delicious. High marks for the cheese and hamburg too, which were pretty much indistinguishable from actual animal products.

With delicious food and an elegant atmosphere in a convenient location, we’re happy to have this option here in Yokohama. We just hope they make ordering as easy for vegans as it is at their other locations.
