Delicious ramen, but hard to find! - Edit
So we decided to try another ramen place that had vegan options after seeing this listing. The description does a good job of explaining how to find the place, but it still took a bit of searching. We were rewarded by some pretty oishi ramen, though! The menu on the website does not reflect what's currently available. As the listing mentions, the black sesame ramen is no longer offered, unfortunately.
Read moreThere are three different vegan options on the current menu and we decided to try the one with the most stuff in it. We were not disappointed. It was a very tasty and large bowl of ramen. The broth was flavorful and we pretty much emptied our bowls.
The restaurant is more like a stall in a big food/retail area, similar to Eataly, for those of you familiar from the USA. I recommend trying it!
Pros: Tasty vegan options
Cons: VERY limited English communication

So yummy! - Edit
The menu changed recently.
Read moreThey don’t have the black sesame ramen anymore, which I liked very much, but the new ones are also very good! Creamy and healthy!
Unfortunately their poster doesn’t show a vegan mark, it only says “no animal ingredients” in Japanese.
I like that you can have half sizes, too!

More vegan options on their counter menu. - Edit
Delicious ramen. The vegan options are not listed on their poster menu it seems, but they are on their counter menu. I see three vegan labelled ramen and some side dishes. The broth is almond milk based, very interesting. Was pleasantly surprised.

Delicious! - Edit
Thanks to instructions left by other reviewers I was able to find this place in the underground maze around Yokohama Station. I ordered a set menu with the milky ramen and had some side dishes replaced with vegan ones. The staff member, although barely able to speak English (and me barely speaking Japanese) was very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here!

Nice Ramen with spinach or almond broth. My recommendation being Indian who is wanting flavourful dish spinach was very good.

2 Vegan Ramen Options - Edit
Great to have vegan ramen options at Yokohama station! I tried both in the past month. Both are good but could use a bit more salt/soy/spice/flavor to be awesome.

nice certified vegan ramen - Edit
There are two certified vegan main dishes, a black sesame seaweed ramen and an almond milk yuzu ramen. You can get half sizes or full. I think they are both good but I prefer the almond milk yuzu option as the other I find a bit salty. The food tastes likes something you could make at home, in the best way- like it is made with real ingredients. The noodles are really tasty. I have gone back to get the almond milk yuzu option a bunch of times. The cost for this option is 980 yen. The food comes out fast too.

Creamy ramen with white miso and almond milk - Edit
I ordered "Hakko Ramen Teishoku" - a set of half-size Ramen, Rice (cooked with seaweed and ginger) and two deli dishes - for 1080 yen, which I found very reasonable.
Read moreThe soup of "Asatsuyu Milk Men (= morning dew milk noodles)," which is made with saikyo miso, sake lees, almond milk and a pinch of yuzu peel, tasted so amazing. After finishing the noodles I poured the rice into the soup and enjoyed "ramen rice."
I also loved small dishes of avocado and bean sprouts. According to the shop assistant, kimchi/kakuteki is also vegan made without seafood products.
Half ramen with rice was enough for lunch, but if you are hungry, go for the full-size (1280 yen), but extra 200 yen will be added if you choose the black sesame ramen.
The restaurant is in the "FOOD & TIME ISETAN YOKOHAMA" section on the B1 floor of the JOINUS Building.
It is easy to get there if you know where the Peace Cafe is - just pass through the "Joinus Dining" and you will see the sign of it (and Kobeya Bakery) at the end.
It's divided into 4 areas and the restaurant is in the food court called "Cafe Deli Plaza" on the far left of the hall

Delicious but small - Edit
We tried the sesame ramen and I absolutely loved it— flavorful, with heaping helpings of nori and delightfully chewy brown rice noods. For 1200 yen, it’s a rather small bowl of ramen, though. I’d happily eat this again, if I wasn’t super hungry.
