Would be 5, but happy cow rules.

Surprisingly good! The veggie crumbles are flavored really well. Vegan options aren’t treated as an afterthought. The refried beans are made with margarine!

Excellent tacos and burritos!!!

Burritos were big! Had Rajas burrito and a vegetarian crumbles burrito. $11 per burrito. They cut them in 1/2. Well made packed 1/2 full of crumbles beans rice and avocado. Rajas had a hint of spice. It had pickles cactus on it. Loved it. Would eat here again!

Cons: Didn’t come with sides , Have to get a key to use the bathroom

I was happy to find vegan options here! I got the Veg crumbles on rice and found it quite enjoyable.

Top-notch tacos

The vegan “Vegetarian Crumble” & “Rajas” tacos are both excellent and a serious step above in quality of ingredients and overall taste. Both types of tacos are seasoned with spices and house flavoring, and have ingredients that blend nicely together.

This location just opened in 2024. The restaurant actually started as a food truck, then opened its first restaurant in Edina, and now expanding with a 2nd restaurant in Eagan. One bite of any vegan taco explains the success.

The owner provided the following list of vegan menu items, and confirms there is no cross-contamination since vegan tacos are cooked in their own separate skillet.
