Unique vegan Power Bowl

The Power Bowl was wonderful, and somehow stood apart taste-wise (in a good way) from other restaurants that also craft fresh salads and bowls. It has a harissa grain blend as the base, with hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, sweet corn & tomato, roasted broccoli, cucumber salad, pickled red onions and a vegan yogurt harissa. It was served warm and was very good, but like most salad meals I was hungry a couple of hours later. It’d be nice if there was a plant-based protein available.

There are basically 2 vegan options: Order the “Power Bowl” which is vegan as-is or choose the “Create Your Own” option and then make a salad or pasta bowl and customize it with toppings and sauces.

The website Nutrition page includes allergens as well as a column specifying vegan and vegetarian options.

Research about vegan options is required beforehand if ordering online since the website ordering page does not have vegan labeling.

There are small menu signs inside the restaurant (along the ordering line) that specify vegan ingredients.
