Lots of vegan sweet treats

Popped in for a coffee and a sweet treat and was impressed by the selection of vegan options! I had a gingerbread cinnamon bun which was delicious, such a cute cosy atmosphere as well.

Hot Spot

I'm a big fan of this chain after visiting the Sheffield branch last year.

Very relaxed space for socialising or work, with plenty of vegan options and great coffee. #Veganuary

Good coffee and multiple vegan options

Lovely spot to have a sit down and enjoy a vegan cake and coffee. There were multiple options including the carrot cake that I tried (really good) and they offer oat or soy milk.

Pros: Vegan options, Carrot cake, Sweet and savoury options

Cons: The QR code on the table not for international

Carrot cake, apple crumble cake and chocolate cake all fantastic. Very busy shop but worth the wait.

Central

Nice central place part of a chain that has a few vegan options including cakes. All are bought in but are very nice the carrot cake is wonderful. They do a good sausage roll also. Some of the other offerings could easily be made vegan as they're only one minor ingredient off so that would open those to a wider market. I can see why people have given this 4 stars but for great restaurants that also serve a lot of vegan options being 4 stars this place simply can't be held in the same regard so for me it's three stars at the most for that reason

Pros: A few vegan options, Central, Nice staff

Cons: Some veggie options could be vegan easily

Cosy place with good coffee and food

Polite staff who bring the coffee over to your table, which is lovely. Alternative milks (soya, coconut and oat) were available (slightly more expensive) and the coffees were well made. About 7 different types of baked goods available, of which two were vegan - chocolate brownie and apricot croissant 🥐 I tried the croissant which was lovely.

A cosy place to stop for coffee - clean toilets, lots of space and dogs welcome.

Came back and they had more vegan options - had a delicious chocolate brownie.

Calming

Had a coffee and carrot cake that was really good! Wooden tables and lounge music made it a place to come to rest after a York walk.

Pros: Vegan cakes, Friendly staff
