Great pizza with several vegan options. Some use a potato puree as "cheese", but it was delicious! Greek salad was outstanding- the feta cheese was particularly good!

We have been in Italy this year, but the best vegan pizza that we had is Zymari’s 😊 Their crust is so crunchy and tasty. They are very vegan aware and you have different options available to choose from. Try vegan hot dog pizza or vegan delight with additional veggies and you will not regret it.

There were 5 pizzas, plus a vegan praline dessert pizza and a couple of starters (I think pizza rolls but can't quite remember)
We ordered two XL pizzas, the mixed veggie and the BBQ hot dog. I've attached pictures, the €0.50cent coin is for scale. It's absolutely enormous. We were so pleased we got the huge ones, so we can have the second halves for dinner later, as they were delicious.
Owner told my husband he had tried a small range of vegan options in 2019 but wasn't 100% happy with them, so went all out for 2020 and is getting hold of good quality vegan ingredients now. The tofu sausage on mine was certainly good quality, and there was a LOT of each topping too. Honestly, 10/10, will be returning on our next trip to Corfu.

Theo’s Zymari pizza in Corfu town is special. His father was “Mr. Pizza”, who brought pizza to Corfu. Most importantly, Zymari is the only relatively “conscious” pizzeria I have found on the island. On chatting with Theo the owner, I found he wants to transition to veganism but is worried about the local demand. So yes he sells meat but he cares about animals, people and the planet and brings organic ingredients from the mainland and has delicious vegan options that are healthier, taste awesome (the tasteless potato cheese mentioned in earlier reviews has now been replaced with great vegan cheese) and do not cost the planet or support the torture and killing of other beings. We were too tired to go out one evening for dinner so ordered two of h hot dog (vegan) pizzas to our hotel. It was simple and one medium size pizza was more than enough for one person. The pizza itself whilst not having a very tomatoey base was very cheesey, the tofu sausage was good and was very good value for money at around 13 euros.

I was looking forward a lot to get a vegan pizza before I left the island again. But there was no vegan dough left and the normal one is made with eggs. Better call before!

The vegan pizza is OK - the mashed potato doesn't really work instead of cheese and there is no taste of seasoning, needs a lot more salt, oregano, olive oil etc. The woman who seems to run it isn't very friendly and is quite slow. Price is on the high side, but the pizzas are quite big. If they want to compete with other pizza joints, the place needs to either start using vegan cheese or just have vegan pizzas without any cheese.

I sometimes find it hard to find Vegan options when on holiday and to also have them speak English, so was great to stumble upon Zymari close to the sea front. This is a great little family run place and Theo is such a lovely guy. The shop was really busy and he took the time to cater for my needs. You can see they are passionate about their work and it is made with love and joy. Next time i visit the island i will defo return for another Vegan Pizza - Thank You Theo 😁
