Fine dining vegan surprise

At Vlieland there the options for vegans are limited, so we had to ask around a bit. Luckily Zuiver was able to cater for a full vegan menu. It is a fine dining restaurant offering a surprise menu.

They also offer vegan wines, which are clearly marked on the wine menu. Unfortunately they could not pair the vegan courses with vegan wines. However they proposed an alternative white wine which would warm up during the night, so the taste would change somewhat along with change of courses.

It is not your cheapest night but I definitely recommend it.

Pros: Fully vegan is possible for food and beverages, Focuses on local and seasonable ingredients, Friendly staff

Cons: Food/wine pairing would have made it a 5 star
