Comfort food away from home - Edit
Everything from the food to the service was fantastic. I had the dal and vegetable samosas with lemon rice and roti bread. The place was quite empty but there was still an atmosphere with the faint sound of the ocean. We sat on the open air but covered balcony and enjoyed the lights and decor. Something to mention is they don’t serve alcohol.

Incredible flavours and impeccable service - Edit
The food and atmosphere at Zub Express is wonderful 😊 on one night we had the vegetable curry, chola masala, eggplant and potato dish (sorry can't remember the name) with pilau rice and roti, and then on another occasion we had fried noodles, veg and cashew nuts and dhaal makhani. Really loved how all dishes tasted different, not like some restaurants where the same base sauce is used and so everything tastes the same.
Read moreLet them know you are vegan when ordering so they know to omit animal products. They will also cook everything separately so it may take a little longer to come out when it's busy.
Inexpensive compared to other restaurants on the waterfront/coastal road.

Fun restaurant with options on the Indian and Chinese menus that can be made vegan. They understand and you must tell them you are vegan and they will point out what can be made for you. We had the chola masala , dahl and veg curry with tandoori rotis. Was very nice and inexpensive .
