Yellow curry! - Edit
Went here and had the yellow curry and a Thai basil mojito. It was really good! Also ordered the fried rice with tofu and they'll make it vegan. Menu is clearly labled. Liked having options.

Must stop in Denver - Edit
Every time we are in town we stop in for dinner. The tofu yellow curry and bahn mi bites are my favorite! The tofu spring rolls are also good with the jalapeño sauce. They have several other vegan options and will make other dishes vegan upon request.

The menu and staff if super accommodating to vegans. Many items on the menu that can be made vegan and are clearly marked with a V. We loved the Beyond 'egg' rolls so much, and the sauces are homemade without dye or coloring. The yellow curry was to DIE FOR! It was the best I have ever had, with coconut creaminess and popping pumpkin flavor exploding in your mouth. The vegan pho was authentic and bursting with flavor in every bite. Everything was fresh and delivered with care, plated with beauty. The drinks were delicious and well work a try too. The owner overheard us raving about our experience, so she came over and bought us our rolls! What a lovely Suprise! We loved it and cannot wait to go back and try the vegan Bahn mi bites!
