Beautiful food, tasty flavours. Had two different mezes. All of them can be made fully vegan. The freshly squeezed orange juice was food as well.

We tried two mezzes and they were quite nice. You could try different types of spreads (hummus, baba ganoush, etc) with salad, olives, bread... We enjoyed the food and the staff was nice

I did visit first time at Zeytuun. I found out they has two places in Tampere and waitress told they do open restaurant also in Turku, Finland. I did visit in restaurant which address is Kuninkaankatu 17, 32100 Tampere, Finland.
Read moreI was really, really satisfied. I chose meze that had baba ganoush, dolmas, hummus, falafel, tabbouleh salad, chickpeas etc. I had not heard before of baba ganoush. It is grilled egglant paste. I loved it. I also liked of it that falafels were not too spicy. They were tasty. Ambiance in restaurant is nice and place is nicely decorated. I was in "quiet time" one hour after lunch time. There were two employees and both were really friendly and they had time to answer questions, like when I asked what is baba ganoush. I also asked opening time of this restaurant in Kuninkaankatu:
restaurant in Kuninkaankatu is open Monday-Friday 10.30-20, Saturday 11-20 and Sunday 12-18.
Pros: Tasty meal, Really friendly employees, Nicely decorated

All the components were very tasty and the portion size was perfect.

Food was tasty. We had the mezes which had a bit of everything on it, which is nice if you want to try different things. Falafel was a bit dry, but the hummus and baba ganoush was really nice! Some more bread with that would've been nice though. Friendly staff who could explain the vegan options. It was a bit expensive compared to what we've seen other places with the same cuisine. They had no shawarma chili/chili sauce.

Zeytuun is a vegetarian restaurant with loads of vegan options. There are meze plates, pitas and other kinds of filled bread, AWESOME falafels and delicious drinks.
Read moreEvery dish can be made vegan - they'll easily sub cow milk yoghurt with a plant-based version (usually hummus). I wish they'd go fully vegan, tho.
