Love the masala tea, Cylon cinnamon available - Edit
I went there for the first time and got their masala tea, it was really good. I I also bought a few grocery items, among them was Cylon (Sri Lanka) cinnamon. Cylon cinnamon is safer than Chinese cinnamon (cassia). Cassia contains a compound called coumarin, which is toxic to our liver and one teaspoon a day of Chinese cinnamon is not safe for adults as per scientific studies (and a quarter teaspoon 4 times a week is not safe for children), while Cylon cinnamon does not contain coumarin (thus safer). Cylon cinnamon is difficult to find in Taiwan.

Lovely little shop - Edit
A friend recommended this shop to me, so I decided to drop by while I was visiting Banqiao. I didn’t have anything in mind that I was going to buy, but their spices smelled mighty tempting, as did their cocoa powder. On quick glance, the liquid soaps looked to be made of natural ingredients like lemongrass. I was disappointed that their veggie and fruit chips contain palm oil, and I prefer my dried fruits to skip the added sugar. (They did have no sugar added dried pineapple and mango though.) I also noticed that they had a line of very unique-looking distilled alcohols, but all of them had sugar added. I decided to try the brown rice milk because I’d never seen unsweetened, peanut-free rice milk in Taiwan. The staff were really friendly to chat with and welcomed me to return again soon to hang out. 😊

Cons: palm oil, added sugar, not 100% plastic-free
