Opened December 2016, and, as of this date, is working on going fully organic and locally sourced, so please check with them. Open Mon 11:30am-4:00pm, Thu 11:30am-11:30pm, Fri 11:30am-4:00pm, Sun 11:30am-4:00pm.

Great burger and sushi - Edit
It was so nice to be able to stop by and buy vegan food when you're on a road trip. We had burger and quinoa-rice sushi and both were absolutely amazing, but the best thing was apple and pear strudel!!! Delicious. Hope it's open on our way back.

It’s surely must be the only vegan food available in Murchison and it is “one man show” which deserves a recognition. The choices are very limited and if you’re not a burger fan like me you may leave the place hungry ... the only dishes available on the day were the soup ,burger, focaccia which I couldn’t eat as I’m gluten intolerant. I had a soup which was ok but rather tasteless . Deserts looked ok but didn’t give it a go .

Food was amazing, out of this planet. The best food I ate in my entire trip through New Zealand. Carrot cake, best of my vegan and non-vegan life.

Read moreWe tried the burger, the soup and the carrot cake with coconut yogurt, which were all tasty and made us happy (we were already super enthusiastic before trying, to randomly find a vegan truck on our road).

Great burgers! - Edit
We did not really expected to find any vegan food in Murchinson, but this all vegan(!) truck provided us with one of the best vegan burgers we've ever had. Together with a soy cappuccino from the coffee truck opposite, we had an awesome lunch in the sun. The apricot chocolate cookie was also great. We were very sad to find out the truck was closed on our way back to the North (on Tuesday). You won't regret eating there!
