Best Vegan Pho - Edit
We never would have found this place if a vegan friend didn’t recommend it. We got the tofu noodle soup, which is basically vegan pho, and it was amazing! So delicious with fresh slices of ginger. We also got the spicy lemongrass tofu stir fry and fried tofu. Everything was awesome, might skip the fried tofu next time and just get more soup!
