Japanese food with good veggie options

Zen is a big chain of Japanese restaurant in Thailand. So it’s quite easy to find a branch in shopping malls and popular areas. The veg options are marked as vegetarian, many of which are vegan. The staff can also accommodate modifications of dishes. I recommend vegetables sushi, vegetables tempura, and avocado tofu salad. #Veganuary
