Alright pierogi - Edit
The pierogi were nice, pretty tasty, though for what they are made of, a bit expensive hence the rating. Bonus points for clearly marking the vegan options.

Our favourite place in Warsaw! - Edit
We absolutely loved this little gem! We visited four times, two in the course of the same day. Sadly it is only open on Fridays and weekends or we would have gone back for more everyday. The lady that makes and sells the food is incredibly patient, polite and friendly, our interactions with her made our whole day brighter. Even though she doesn't speak a lot of english, she understands enough to know you are vegan and can adequately explain all her vegan options (which were a lot!) and what fillings and ingredients they each have. If I'm not mistaken she had about ten different savoury vegan options and two sweet ones and we tried all of them. She warms them up for you if you want to eat them right there in the market, that has a great atmosphere, plently of sitting and also a couple more vegan stores, and adds caramelised fried onions on top. The sweet ones are served with a side of yogurt, on a seperate little bowl which you can just refuse and not miss out anything on the taste as both were delicious. It's great and light and cheap and for us, especially as it was almost right next to where we were staying and on our way to the town, was the perfect stop for a quick little traditional polish breakfast. If they market had been open during the week we definitely would have spend even more of our mornings with this lovely lady. Oh also, she always added a couple of cheeky little extra ones or sneaked in a few of her potato dumplings as a gift. 100% recommend this place for the best vegan pierogi you can find in Warsaw!

Amazing vegan pierogis! - Edit
It took us some time to find this place because the shop moved to a new location and the pictures on happy-cow were not updated. It is now inside the Food Hall "Hala Gwardii".
Read moreThe lady didn't speak English but she was very lovely and we managed to understand each other. We tried the carrot-ginger soup and 12 different kinds of VEGAN pierogis. I can't give 5 stars, though they really deserve it. Many vegan options, one tastier than the other. Prices in line with Polish standards.
Pros: Many vegan options, tasty

they served me meat - Edit
As a foodie you simply have to try pierogies in Poland. The shop is nice to come in for a snack or lunch and has a variety of different vegan fillings, but please check your pierogies for their content before you bite into them. One of mine had a meat filling 🤢

Pierogi paradise - Edit
If I could give this place five stars I would but sadly happycow does not allow this. The choice of pierogi here is superb including spinach, beetroot and balsamic, oyster mushroom, red lentil and tomato, broadbean, zucchini, potato and millet and also aubergine, all of which are listed and clearly labelled on the menu board. There were more vegan options than meat! We got one mix plate each costing just 12zl and the owner who was super friendly did one plate boiled and the other fried. All of the pierogi were delicious but if I had to choose I would have to pick the mushroom and lentil ones as our favourites.

pirogi - Edit
So many pirogi in diferent kinds and diferent flavours. The place is little but it has a place to seat and enjoy the food. There are pirogi for both vegan (many many) and non-vegan, more traditional pirogies. Super recommended!

Pierogi of all types - Edit
Huge selection of pierogi, not only traditional ones, but even with coffee and chocolate. Quite expensive (2,5 pln/each) but highly recommendable. Free salad and parsley pesto included.
