Modern and clean place with elegant vegan food - Edit
Love this place. The food is good, the service also nice. And it is close to buji temple, about 10-15 minutes walk. It is in the middle between of harbour and buji temple.

So happy to find this new branch of Zaozi shu on Mount Putuo island. It is inside 梅岑食府 Meicen food street. Great range of choices.
Read moreWe loved the hand roll (ask for no mustard if you don't like it) and lettuce wrap. And if you love porridge, do try out the millet porridge. Some might find it bland but that's the way it should be. The potato curry is nice, but don't order it if you want real curry. It's not spicy at all, nothing like real curry. But we've come to realize that curry in shanghai is typically not curry-like at all.
