Don't let them pull the Wool over your Eyes - Edit
Update 2024. Ordered an impossible burger without cheese and mayo and it came with cheese and mayo and the waiter said he wasn't sure but thought it was the impossible patty. They had to take it back and remake it.
Read morePrevious review:THEY ARE NOT VEG FRIENDLY!!! Read that over 10 more times. I have lived in this valley for 31 years. I have been vegetarian/vegan for 23 years. The Happy Day Corp Restaurants are not very vegetarian friendly and Zany Graze is not an exception to that. My last experience with them was with my family wanting to go out together. I called ahead and asked if the veggie burger had any animal products in it. After the waitress discussed it with the cook they advised me it did not and I could order it with peace of mind knowing it was vegan. I ordered it and it was covered in Mayo! I sent that back. They brought out the new one after my family was nearly done eating and I was very hungry. The second one was missing the Avocado and it's named the Avocado Veggie Burger! Which was the only thing on the menu remotely being close to vegetarian. After the mayo mishap I was unsure if the veggie patty was even vegan. If you want to purchase an overpriced side of white rice or plain salad then go ahead and dine at Zany Graze.

Lovely Oasis - Edit
My hub and I were so happy to find this place as per the reviews/updates from 2018. Much has changed since that description but there are a few vegan entrees here and a number of appetizers that could be made so - or eaten as a vegetarian. We ended up with splitting the Zany’s Stir Fry - not inexpensive but of a *huge* portion! - though had wanted to add the Impossible Chicken to the stir fry, as on their menu options, and they were out of it. It was simple and mild (garlic/ginger/onion base) but really hit the spot.
Read moreSo there’s an Impossible Burger sandwich and an Impossible Chicken sandwich, both with vegan mayo options but no vegan cheese. There is also a Steamed Veggie Melt (but it doesn’t give a melted vegan cheese option either).
Separate but part of Zany’s is “Zushi’s.” Yep. Sushi. The California rolls are I think all the vegan options, but we didn’t venture over to that “counter” nor read that menu in depth.
And for anyone that likes local beers and wines, their list on both is out of this world! 🎉
Pros: a handful of vegan options, nice staff that tries to be accommodating, generous portions
Cons: staff not entirely aware of vegan offerings, not stocked on the meat substitutes tho on menu
