Cauliflower was a disappointment - Edit
Got excited for vegan options. Chips were great (apparently COULD contain milk so not listed as vegan on site but no animal products used).
Read moreVegan sour cream was amazing. Fresh ingredients. Everything was a bit 'fine' but the cauliflower filling was horrid. Tastes like overcooked cauliflower resulting in my meal tasting like feet. Also not a fan of this chain offering beans via a 'paste' form.
Never had anything from this chain before so not sure what's the norm.
Couldn't finish nachos as the cauliflower taste was overwhelming.
Pros: Good chips, Sour cream was great
Cons: Overcooked mushy brown cauliflower , Beans are bland

Vegan options aplenty - Edit
All of their offerings could be made vegan. Two vegan fillings available. Vegan cheese and vegan sour cream available at an additional charge. Server advised which sauces were vegan. Server was very helpful

The vegan options include black or white rice and a vegan cheese and sour cream, guac and beans. Of course all the salad options that typically go in burritos as well.

Make your own / buffet-style Mexican food. The cauliflower main topping is very good. Vegan cheese and sour cream available. For every bowl or burrito they donate a meal to someone in need.

The buffet style makes it very easy to chose the vegan options which are clearly labelled. Yummy cauliflower, vegan cheese and sour cream available. They also donate a meal to someone in need for every burrito or wrap sold which is awesome!

Such a great place for kids and adults alike. The options for vegans are great. Especially when you get double beans, rice and guacamole which I would always order. But now I get the cauliflower! Because it’s amazing.
