The restaurant offers a separate vegan menu that is much more limited and less original than the omnivorous one. It consists of only three dishes (a tortilla wrap, a cheeseburger, balls) that seem in fact the same dish with minor modifications between each one. We took the wrap and the cheeseburger and both were served cold, with a side of salad and cold chickpeas that looked as if they had just been drained from the jar. We were only in Stara Zagora for one evening and this was the only restaurant we tried, but unfortunately we did not come out satisfied.
