Serves meat, vegan options available. Second location of YUST, opened May '22. Hotel with restaurant that offers three vegan sharing menus which are vegetable focused and mostly organic and sustainable. Menus change every couple of weeks, but options can include deep-fried cauliflower, roasted celeriac, cucumber with mustard, kohlrabi with yuzu-miso dressing and coffee sorbet with caramel & peanuts. Open Wed-Fri 12:00-14:00, Wed-Sun 18:00-23:00. Closed Mon-Tue. Kitchen till 9:30pm.

De sucré : croissants, pains au chocolat, céréales, yaourts, cheesecake, mousse au chocolat …
Du salé : salades, patates cuites au four, tomates au four, chips, guacamole, pain, fromages, œufs brouillés ou à la coque, quiches …
Les saveurs sont très bonnes et les propositions sont très gourmandes. Je me suis régalée😄
