Good but on the pricey side

I had the mezze platter for 140k the staff were great and change the tzatziki for avocado to make it vegan. Slightly on the pricey side for the portions.

Mr

10 out of 10. I had the stir fried noodles with tofu. It was delicious! The restraint serves meat but they have a menu in English and French which lists what items can be made vegetarian/vegan. The food, decor, service, music, and air conditioning are all excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Nice tofu bowl

There seem to be loads of vegan options on the menu which are clearly labelled, and it’s relatively inexpensive.

I had the tofu bowl. It came unseasoned with some sauces (I just used the sesame oil sauce since the others contained mayonnaise). there wasn’t much flavour, but it was still good and healthy.

I’d recommend visiting if you have time.

Pros: Lots of options , Nice location

Cons: Flickering lights (annoying), Not much flavour

Served me meat instead of tofu

This place has lots of vegetarian and vegan options, even with a section named vegetarian. However, I ordered a curry tofu dish and it turned out to be chicken. I have never eaten meat before and ate this chicken by accident (it was cubed just like tofu), obviously being very upset by this. We refused to stay after that. The staff were apologetic and understood we wanted to leave. However this kind of error doesn’t seem acceptable for such a touristy, international place that clearly should know about the importance of getting it right. I would have had more leniency if it was a more local place. Do not recommend going here for risk of such errors and cross contamination.

Bland western food

Maybe the Lao food is better but the meze planter and tofu poke bowl was bland and not very tasty.

Quality food and lovely setting

More than enough vegan options and a really nice restaurant! Setting, interior design and presentation of food is brilliant. Slightly expensive but justified by the standards

Mafe Tofu was unreal as was the discovery platter with garlic bread. I wasn’t massive on the red curry but that’s personal taste, Mrs’ loved it
