Okay

They have beyond burger and beer salad can be ordered without feta

Pros: My husband loved the trout sandwich (non vegan), I had the beyond burger no cheese or bacon sauce, Everything was delicious, great service and wine

Cons: The eggplant schnitzel is NOT vegan, FYI.

They have scattered vegan components (eggplant schnitzel, beyond burger, fries) but none of their meals are vegan. You can have a burger without a bun or fried eggplant with french fries. Very disappointed, my expectations were higher based on the restaurant descriptions and the other reviews.

Yummy vegan brat with pretzel bun.

Nice to have a yummy vegan option at the mountain. Vegan brat. Can make pretzels with out butter, can make certain menus items vegan. Yummy beer and drinks
