🌿 A Hidden Vegan Gem in Nha Trang! 🌿 - Edit
I discovered Yen Nha Hang Chay & Yoga through a YouTuber’s video about must-visit spots in Nha Trang, and I’m so glad I did! During my visit in May 2024, I had the Thai Pad Noodles and Spring Rolls, and they were absolutely delicious, fresh, and worth every penny.
Read moreThe ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a healthy meal. A special touch was the complimentary welcome drink, which was a thoughtful and refreshing gesture. The calming atmosphere, combined with the restaurant’s connection to yoga and wellness, added an extra layer of serenity to the experience.
Overall, a fantastic place for vegan and vegetarian food lovers—highly recommended for a delightful, wholesome meal in Nha Trang!
Pros: Delicious, well-priced dishes: authentic flavors, Complimentary welcome drink, a thoughtful touch, Relaxing & peaceful ambiance

Very bad service - Edit
We waited almost two hours for our food. Since we haven’t gotten half of our order by then we left. We had to pay the whole price including the dishes we didn’t get. They were very short staffed even though there were a lot of reservations in advance.
Read moreThe food was okay, but the portions small. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

Good veg option in Nha Trang for breakfast - Edit
Came here for breakfast as not a lot else nearby was open. Food was standard Vietnamese, so fresh and delicious. Bit hard to find but easy spot once you're in the right alley (it's not on the hotel access road).

Depends on the dishes - Edit
Compared to other places in Nha Trang, their dishes were good. We had some fried rice, Tofu with lemon grass, springrolls, mango salad... springrolls were really good, the Tofu together with some fried rice too. Be careful. If you don't like spicy food, you should tell them.
Read moreIt's still "spicy" for tourists, but if you don't like it it's something good to know.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Ask them for their recommendations
Cons: Pumpkin soup had no real taste

Good food - Edit
The food was nice with reasonable size and price. Nice decor with bamboo chairs and tables. My friend and I had coconut salad, baked tofu and spring rolls. Although there wasn't clear coconut flavour in the salad, the meals was good and not pricey.

Nice - Edit
Only tried a few dishes here and they were all good. Bit of a language barrier while ordering so make sure you point at the Vietnamese name of the dish you want to avoid confusion.

Cozy place, lots of choice - Edit
A pleasant, cozy space. We ordered Sake curry and Seaweed curry - the former one we both didn't like but the latter we both liked. Yet the curry was very watery, more like soup.

Good food and nice atmosphere - Edit
The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is really nice in the 1st floor. The only thing is that they don't really differentiate between vegan and vegetarian (in the menue it says "vegan restaurant" but they do use milk and eggs). The lotus milk for example is lotus milk mixed with cow's milk. So in case you are strictly vegan, you really have to ask for the ingredients.

Relaxing lovely meal - Edit
This restaurant has a lot of unique dishes to choose from and the quality of food and flavour is completely wonderful. I tried their water spinach with soy cheese, lotus rice and a green pepper curry. I had an iced lotus milk to drink which was pure perfection! The upstairs dining are made the experience even more relaxing and lovely.

Lovely people, delicious food - Edit
Lovely place tucked away down an alley with friendly, helpful staff. We tried the hot lotus milk (must ask for it without added cow's milk) and it was like a pudding - delicious!! The tofu with lemongrass and basil was my favourite dish - extremely flavoursome and beautifully presented. All of the dishes we ordered came out quickly, were made freshly and tasted great. Almost everything on the menu is vegan, except the milky drinks which they made vegan for us. Highly recommend! :)

Hidden gem - Edit
This place is down a side road that is very easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Despite the staff speaking very little to no English, the menu has every option listed in English. Some pointing will get you exactly what you need. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was brilliant.

Nice place - Edit
I tried the fruit curry with green and red pepper, carrot, potato and sweet potato. You can choose to have it with bread or rice. It was yummy although I couldn't taste curry much. I would rather call it a soup.

Yummy food, vegan options a bit unclear - Edit
We had a good meal here, service was fast and there's a huge menu. Definitely ask when you're ordering to make 100% sure things are vegan though, as they use butter and mayonnaise, especially on salads (we got caught out by this).

Blandest food in Nha Trang - Edit
Sadly had an awful experience here.
Read moreThe waiter was really unfriendly and also seemed very unwilling to help, which wasn’t a great start.
At least half of the menu was unavailable for reasons unknown (they used masking tape to cover the unavailable dishes).
The food wasn’t a little above average in price, but incredibly bland. I made sure I ordered dishes that you couldn’t screw up, but sadly the unachievable was achieved. Even morning glory fried with mushrooms and garlic was awful and flavourless. Not even sure how you can mess that one up. Very disappointed and still very hungry after leaving. Will definitely not return.
Pros: Nice surroundings, Free iced ginger tea
Cons: Beyond bland food, Small portions, Poor level of service

birds in cages & staff eating meat! - Edit
Arrived here for lunch at around 1.00pm on 10/1/2018 first thing we see is two birds clearly distressed in cages hanging in front of the restaurant, we then walk in and have to double check we’ve come to the right place as we instantly smell meat! We ask if it’s chay - Vegan and the waitress explains its all the staff having lunch - all eating pork, chicken and fish! Presumably cooked in the ‘vegan kitchen’ very disappointing :(
Read moreWe walked out and found another listing on happy cow for lunch.
However all this aside - menu was 100% vegan and looked nice. I’ll return and recommend this place if they release the birds and perhaps eat their own food more discreetly as, as a vegan you dot really want to smell meat as you eat your vegan lunch! Or I don’t anyway..
Cons: birds in cages - distressed , staff tucking into meat in the middle of the resta
