Creative vegan sushi! - Edit
The menu had several mouthwatering vegan options, and it was hard to choose which ones to pick! We really enjoyed how well the ingredients were prepped, including marinated bell pepper, spicy carrot lox and tempura sweet potato flakes. There were many creative flavor combinations and the rolls were also visually pleasing with lots of colors. Far from a basic cucumber hosomaki (although you can get that as well from here if you wish!) The service was friendly and they accommodated to dietary restrictions as well.
