I knew Yaafa when I was vegetarian and since I'm vegan I had the pleasure to savor their vegan sandwich, it is so much better and my consciousness is relieved!

Can choose between 3 different vegan falafel options. Either in a salad or pita. Even if we ate in the restaurant only plastic plates and cutlery.. falafel was good but the salad could need a better sauce or simply more of the tahini

Came in here for lunch. The service was quick, the falafels tasty and the pitta stuffed full of goodness. Reasonable prices and well recommended.

We went here in the evening and it was very packed. After getting my food, I could see why! They have a selection of 6 different arrangements with falafel and vegetables that you can have in either a pitta or as a salad. It seems like 3 are permanent and the other 3 are specials.
Read moreI went for the original, which had grilled aubergine, cabbage, tahini, etc. It was delicious! A perfect falafel pita, I couldn’t fault it at all. My sibling got one called “fall of hell”, which had butternut squash hummus and fried cauliflower. They said it was yummy.
They also had sides like spiced potato wedges. There were also a couple of deserts, but neither were vegan unfortunately, which is the only room for improvement in my opinion.

Pretty decent falafel takeaway but with vegan labels clearly marked. Good for a takeaway or to sit in but not a huge restaurant or anything - falafel was good. Very filling but not a massive portion!

My falafels here certainly tasted different from the ones I've had in the Middle East, but I suppose that is to be expected. Decent place to get a snack, and the staff were able to help me make sure everything I put in my sandwich was vegan.

This simple falafel eatery was not far from the places we were visiting in Lyon so we decided to give this branch a go too (after having eaten in their Lumiere branch). We ate in - unfortunately again from disposable containers. Extremely friendly and helpful staff helped us choose vegan meal deals. We had quite a few options, I must say :). The food was nice and filling, nothing too posh or sophisticated:).
