Cozy restaurant with cheap food

This family-owned restaurant offers outdoor seating only. We spend our new years eve dinner there and had spring rolls, eggplant in sauce that is divine, veggies and a grilled eggplant, followed by roasted pineapple. All of it was vegan and the food was very inexpensive. I definitely check it out for some authentic Vietnamese dishes
