Good food + affordable - Edit
They have a number of good vegan options at an affordable price. What I tried (the cold noodle dish and veggie buns) were delicious😄 I also thought the staff were great on my visit!

Tasty and very cheap - Edit
I love this place specially to go in winter. It has a few vegan options, everything is tasty, they usually bring you the food very fast, I almost never had to wait to get a table and it's very cheap, a great option next to gran vía station. I usually eat a lot but still it's light food so I never feel heavy after it. They have vegan jyozas, vegan baos, ramen, spring rolls and some vegan pinxos. Don't spect to get a lot of attention from the staff, they don't speak much Spanish or English but these options are marked on the menu.

So rude it was funny! - Edit
I went in and said (in Spanish) “hello I’ve seen on the internet you’ve got vegan options” to which the young man replied “no, very few”. I said “oh I’ve seen the menu, I thought you had vegan options”. “No, everything has meat”. Then he ignored me and started playing with the remote control for the TV and I said “excuse me”. The woman standing next to him started laughing at me and he said “well go sit down and look at the menu then”. They both laughed and I walked away.

Winnie the Pooh II - Edit
Second Xiongzai restaurant, It is newer and bigger and as crowded as the first one. You need to be prepared to wait in a queue outside. It is so popular because they offer authentic tasty Chinese cuisine with one of the lowest prices in Madrid. There are several vegan options in the menu: spinach baos, gyozas, tofu, mushrooms. I was also informed by the waiter that 5 of their soups/noodle dishes are also vegan. Just in case I would always specify that I’d like a soup with vegetable broth. Maybe the food is not of highest quality but I really like it :)
