Good options for vegetariens and vegans - Edit
The venue is only to reach by car and cycles, no public transport. Plenty of parking spaces for cars and bikes.

As with many places vegans have the most restrictions. I am also not sure if vegan, vegetarian and the rest off the cooking is separated. But since veganism isn't that common yet, there are at least more options than I have seen in many places in this region. Bonn and Cologne nearby have some more options.

Pros: atmosphere is pleasant, soft unintrusive music, food not 5 star but also not the cheap buffet stuf, amazing choices
Cons: meat, fish are often close to vegeratian and vegan
