Tasty pancake and congee - Edit
I had the kelp congee and a sort of pepper pancake which both made for a delicious meal. Payment was only in cash.

Nice, quick, Taiwanese style food. Broth with lots of vegetable over either noodles or rice. At least two vegan options. The couple working there spoke no English, but we're very friendly and understood what we wanted when we asked in very poor mandarin.
