Yummy healthy vegan noodle soup! - Edit
This is a no-frills, fuss-free, all vegan, no alliums establishment where you can select your ingredients to customise your bowl of noodle soup. The different assortment of ingredients, noodles, sauces and soups made it extremely easy to come up with several variations. Great place for veg* or meat-eaters just looking to have a fibre-rich meal!

I would have liked if card payment was allowed instead of cash and LINE pay only.
Do try adding the different sauces to your dish as they add an additional dimension to the flavours. I am utterly impressed with the flavour profile available at this shop!

Great option - Edit
Have eaten here twice, enjoy the variety of choices and how the noodles are served separately. Relatively affordable if you only choose a few additions. I like the spicy base 川味麻辣 which is flavourful without being too hot. There are a variety of sauces to add, I like the ginger in sesame oil which goes great with the noodles. Green veggies are all fresh and crisp.

Cool concept but not so cheap and too much plastic - Edit
The concept is really unusual and we loved it! One of us don't like soup and it's possible to ask a dry meal so that's perfect. BUT it's not so cheap, you can pay for a low price but we will just get noodles in the soup... We paid 195B for 2 dishes. It's so sad that many ingredients are packed in plastic...

Make Your Own Dream Noodle Dish - Edit
At first we were confused as to how to order, one kind diner explained and we later noticed the sign, you grab a basket and place the ingredients you want in your noodle dish, there are also name plates on the wall where you choose the noodle type you want, we went for handmade pulled noodles and the knife cut noodles; at the counter you are asked to choose your broth: we went for sesame and four spirit(?), the four spirit was especially good and comforting!

I picked 4 seasons soup and it was so delicious! It's one of the best noodle meal in Taiwan.

This place lived up to expectations from the great reviews. It’s a really lovely place and a great concept. You pick your ingredients - which include several types of amazing mushrooms, stuffed meatless balls, seaweed,dried and fresh tofu, multiple types of spinach, pak Choi and greens, sweet peppers, broccoli, baby corn, bitter gourd, aubergine - and more! There are 4 different soup bases and about 19 different types of noodles. You can also add delicious condiments like satay sauce, chilli, vinegar. Service was fast. Food was delicious. Everything was labelled in English. Totally vegan. Highly recommended.

Einfach super lecker und tolles Konzept. Man hat super viele Optionen und kann einfach sein Essen zusammenstellen. Atmosphäre ist ist auch gemütlich. Mal was anderes!

I really liked this place! You pick your own groceries and they make you a soup. Wide selection of veggies and mock vegan creations and noodles. Each is between 20-35NT so it's pretty affordable depending on what you put in there! Big big plates!

I love this place! I was initially a bit confused when I entered the restaurant as I expected a traditional restaurant with menus, but was pleasantly surprised by the fact that you hand select your own noodles, tofu, greens, vegan meats and fish balls into a shopping basket. They cook it for you and you decide which broth you want for your noodles, or you can eat it dry and mix in your own sauces at the sauce station (there is one non-vegan sauce but it is clearly labelled). I love that you can completely customize your own noodles - you can always switch up the noodles, toppings, and broths to create a completely new dish.

Really Good Soup - Edit
A cafe where you choose all your ingredients including noodles, veg, tofu and dumplings. The they didn’t have the Thai soup me and my girlfriend would have liked, the Chinese medicine soup was very nice though and cooked quickly.
