Impressive Veggie Cart Noodles - Edit
Usually, the "Cart Noodles" shop feels dirty. I will just finish it quickly and leave or sometimes simply order a take away. I really didn't expect that the vegetarian "Cart Noodles" shop in Taiwan is doing so clean and stylish now. You will always want to spend more time there~

The vegetables are very fresh, you will have a feeling like shopping in a market (I like this ordering process), and then take the selected vegetables, noodles and ingredients to the counter for checkout, then there will be someone to help you cook!
There are a lot of ingredients to choose from. If you are not careful, your bowl will be super big (you can see mine). But I am enjoying it!

You can choose the ingredients you like by using the cute basket. Also, I think this way it’s really good cause it can avoid food waste. There are 11 kinds of noodles and many unique sauce for you to choose. Really amazing! Today, I try Chinese medicine soup. Next time I will try others! Really love this place!

Nice, little vegan place. You choose your greens then anything else you want like mushrooms, tofu, mock meats, seaweed etc you add the noodles you like and voila! 15 minutes later you have a bowl of soup. (3 types to choose from) Delicious and cheap.
