Not the WVRST option for a sit-down meal at Union Station. - Edit
Stopped in for an early dinner around 3:00 p.m. and it wasn’t too busy. I got the Smoked Apple Sage sausage Currywurst style, which is a whole grilled sausage with sauerkraut, country bread and currywurst sauce. I really liked the currywurst sauce! The bread is brushed with olive oil. There are two other vegan sausage options on the menu, and you can get yours on a bun if you prefer. The servers were friendly and double checked for me that the local craft beers on tap were vegan.

Love the apple sage sausage with the currywurst sauce. So many vegan options! Great place for a large group or work function.
