Das Café hatte beide Male als ich da war eine rein vegane Kuchenauswahl und alle, die ich hatte waren richtig lecker.

Die Getränkeauswahl ist riesig, sowohl Warmgetränke als auch Kaltgetränke für den Sommer.
Soja- und Hafermilch kostet keinen Aufpreis.
Das Café ist Selbstbedienung.

Der Kuchen war sehr köstlich und richtig toll, der Kaffee allerdings war ganz okay. Ich trinke ihn meist schwarz. Habe aber auch schon besseren getrunken.

A comfy coffeeshop with a nice atmosphere and really good coffee. A variety of (vegan) cakes and an assortment of wraps, sandwiches and bowls to choose from as well as breakfast options!

I was suprised that you can hsve your Latte with four different kinds of milk. And of course, my cappuccino with outmilk was amazing, a little bit on the pricier side though.

Nice place to enjoy coffee and snacks - Edit
Woodrich is a nice café in the pedestrian area of inner-city Darmstadt. They offer many different teas, good coffee, breakfast, small snacks, cakes and cookies. They really seem to want to attract vegans – they even had vegan yoghurt and vegan cheese on their menu, and offer soy milk, almond milk or oat milk for the coffee.
Read moreWhen I was there though, they only had one vegan cake – apple pie. It was quite good, but not outstanding. The coffee was very good. What I don’t like is the surcharge for the plant-based milk. Soy milk will cost you an additional 20 cents, almond milk or oat milk an additional 80!! cents. If you choose a cappuccino, where the amount of milk isn’t really that much, a surcharge of 80 cents isn’t really justified!

I went to this new place in Darmstadt with a friend, as it looks really cosy from outside with natural,modern wooden furniture.
Read moreHowever the staff was really overextended when I asked for vegan choices and couldn't tell about the ingredients of the food. We both tried a Matcha Latte and my friend ordered a panini. In my opinion the food and also the teas were overpriced. Furthermore the Matcha tea was served after some time lukewarm, not as aromatic as I know it and they forgot about the panini.
To cut a long story short:
Overpriced food and drinks, overextended staff, but nice atmosphere.

Great variety of teas and ice teas, staff was very cooperative to make it vegan. Sugar-free options available. When I went were, all the food was vegetarian but they don't say they are completely meatless. Nice interior :)
