Acceptable

Seems like nothing else in the shopping centre did vegan options so had to eat here. The veggie balls and vegetable noodles were fine, tad more expensive than other places in Baku but still cheap. As the other reviewer mentioned, I wouldn't travel for this but if you're working nearby as I was, it's fine for a spot of lunch.

Good if there is no other option

Go 2 floors up to the 'food-section',
One of the many staff will show you the few vegan options available.
The food is tasty.
It is in a big mall though, so it is loud and there is not a really good atmosphere.
This is also the reason why the price is quite high, considererd it is fastfood.
Not really a place to travel far for, but when you're there, check it out.
