Serves meat, vegan options available. Local brewery and restaurant offering veggie burgers that can be made vegan with some modifications. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.
Menu items for vegans and vegetarians include veggie burger with gluten free bun, various salads that are sizable and yummy without the meat and cheese, veggie street tacos, fried pickles, tots, fries, etc. I had the mango and avocado salad without bacon and it was delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful to make sure your food restrictions are honored.
Two star place. Bonus star for lack of other options - Edit
I'd expect better from a brewery in a heavily tourist (outdoor tourist) town.
They do offer a veggie patty burger. However, it's wildly basic, pretty bland, crumbly, and very over priced ($5 more than the equivalent dead cow option, @ $22).
It's a typical case of trying to be all things to all, alternative eating styles, people. A bland veggie patty on a gluten free bun.
They have tacos that can be ordered with grilled veggies. They are decent, though the fries are also pretty plain (other sides available). There is a slaw (it's just nasty-ass cole slaw) that the tacos come with. No cheese. Order without the slaw for vegan.
I think that is the extent of what is available here.
It's a two- star experience in a place with options. A three star experience because of the lack of other options.

Pros: Two options, Tacos are decent
Cons: Veggie tax as veggie burger @ 33% premium, Under- impressive food, Only two options
