Very few default vegan items - Edit
Wilson’s seem to have removed the vegan option form the menu. Some can be adjusted though. Today I had Shroom toast without feta and it was nice, and the Sweet Elvis toast which was not bad either. The almond milk latte had some sort of hazelnut syrup which made it too sweet.

Have been here three times in a week now ✌️ and had the burger (ok), the smashed avocado toast without feta (good), the Berry Bliss smoothie (amazing), orange juice (great and tasted freshly squeezed) and the Mango Madness breakfast bowl (great).

Excellent food in a hip cafe. One of the best menus I’ve seen in Phuket. Vegetarians will love this place. The veggie breakfast was on point. Gets busy very quickly.

Great Vibe, Great Staff, Vegan Options - Edit
Their vegan options aren't extensive but a great place to come for a coffee (almond and coconut milk available), smoothie bowl, juice or raw dessert. All are delicious and the staff are wonderful. We really loved this spot and returned more than once. They have a lovely little selection of New Age-y items for purchase.

When I mentioned that I eat vegetarian, Jim the co-owner said that along with the vegetarian and vegan offerings already on the menu, that other dishes could also be adjusted to become vegan.
