Nice experience, but not amazing - Edit
I had a vegan breakfast option (Pflanzengourmet) with a "super milk" drink. The breakfast is on the sweet side, but consists essentially of a small bowl of yogurt with nuts, bunch of cut up fruits (grapes, banana), several slices of bread, and a tiny portion of hummus. Everything was nicely served, but a bit too sweet for me. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu and there are many fun drinks to choose from, but food choices are limited. During a Saturday brunch, the place felt a bit overcrowded and the service wasn't relaxed.

Good vegan Flammkuchen - Edit
The vegan Wilma Kunterbunt Flammkuchen (with red hummus, chickpeas, peanuts, pumpkin, and rocket salad) is a little bit dry compared to a classic Flammkuchen, but tastes very good.

Pricy - Edit
The restaurant explicitly advertises vegetarian and vegan options, but the acutal vegan (breakfast) variety is not that large.
Read moreI chose the Vegan Smoothie Bowl for 9€, which was actually only oats, chia seeds, and a couple of blueberries put over a very thin berry-yogurt.
My friend took the tasty but sparingly-rationed Shashuka for 10,50€ und stayed quite a little hungry after finishing.
Coffee with milk alternatives can be ordered without extra costs.
The interior is modern.

An interesting change - Edit
The restaurant has an interesting architecture and atmosphere. There are some marked vegan dishes on the menu. It was all very tasty except for the tarte flambée with kale, which was quite dry. The service was friendly, high price level.

Nice environment - Edit
New, fancy cafe/restaurant in central Düsseldorf. Good choices for vegans and vegetarians. Personally I think the dishes looked better than it tasted.

Leckeres Essen, gestresste Kellner - Edit

Cool location with good food - Edit
The restaurant has a special vibe to it, the architecture is very interesting and they have done a great job decorating this place. Outside there is a large terrace, inside there are plenty of comfy seating on two floors. On the top floor you enjoy the view from the large roof top terrace, where there are plenty of seats under the large sun screens.
Read moreAlso we enjoyed the vegan food very much. We had the spicy and tasty carrot -mango soup for starter. As main dish we tried the tarte flambée and the salad bowl which were both very delicious and surprisingly satuating. Also the almond yoghurt with berrys and crumble was very nice.
The staff was very attentive and friendly.
All in all a very positive experience.
Pros: Vegan options for all meals

Exceptionally good cuisine - Edit
Wilma Wunder offers a range of vegan options on its menu. The vegetarian dishes are marked with one leaf, the vegan dishes with two leaves. The carrot mango soup was incredibly delicious, fruity and well spiced with fresh bread to go with it. The tarte flambée with hummus, various coloured carrots, green asparagus, red onions, lemon pepper and homemade rosemary oil (!) was really exceptional. Also the dessert with almond yoghurt, fresh strawberries and a nice crunch topping was creamy and light. You notice that this is no standard cuisine, but always a level on top. The location is also impressive, the exciting architecture offers a lot of space and is nice to look at. During summer you can use the terrace in front of the building and at certain times also the roof terrace with summer holiday vibes. The service was fast and friendly. Absolutely recommended and worth more than 4 stars.
