Great little place - Edit
Serving a different Indian thali each week. I’d go as far as saying one of the best Thali I’ve ever had. Full of flavour. The menu is fully plant based. It gets busy so booking is recommended. Service was excellent as well. Next time we’re back in Falmouth this will be the first place we re visit.

Super special Thali - Edit
An absolute must if you’re a vegan in Falmouth. We headed there for dinner around 6;30pm and managed to bag a table on arrival, but I would highly recommend booking as it’s very small capacity and popular. The tables are packed into the low-ceiling room quite tightly - it was a VERY cosy atmosphere and very welcoming. Only one main on the menu so no need to spend time choosing: the thali. We also ordered some bhajis on the side. I can’t describe how good it all was - you’ll have to just come try it for yourself! Decent drink selection too, plenty to choose from. We were offered dessert but we were too stuffed after all that. The staff were lovely/attentive, the atmosphere was perfect and the food was just delicious. Go.

Fabulous food, simple menu - Edit
There is one thali option, always vegan. There is an optional onion bhaji (2 per portion), and you can buy extra bread. Colourful food with bright flavours. Very filling. It’s fresh and you can tell it’s made with love and attention to detail. We’d advise booking as it’s a small place. Not everyone will manage the raised seats at the back. Ask for the ordinary chairs if you have mobility issues.
Read morePros: Fabulous food, Lovely ambience and service, Good value
Cons: Down steps. No good for wheelchairs, Limited menu choice (pro in my view!), Small so fills easily. But cozy too

Top notch tiffin - Edit
Really good dishes, fantastic staff who were very happy to go completely gf (to the point of not using oatly cream because it might be contaminated). The huge chunk of sticky toffee pudding was a challenge after the thalli but happily accepted. Something for everyone in our group, and completely vegan. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous curries and cosy little space - Edit
I'm so happy Wilder have taken over this space, their thali is delicious (as evidenced by me devouring it before a performance at the Poly hunched over my table in the dressing room like a curry eating goblin while my castmates watched in envy) and they've made a really cosy and welcoming space there, albeit not quite big enough for the lovely tall people in my life so if you too are blessed with a family of 6 foot plus I recommend a takeaway by the sea.

Delicious thali - Edit
We loved Wilder when they catered at Mount Pleasant eco park and couldn’t wait to have their thalis again. The venue down a little side street is really cosy and has a nice atmosphere.
Read moreThe thali was very tasty and came quickly, 10/10. The bhajis were incredible too.
However we were unfortunately forgotten about after that as the restaurant got busier and weren’t asked if we’d like desert, despite multiple other tables who arrived after us having their desert order taken and eating it while we waited, looking on! In the end we had to say something but I don’t think they even realised the long wait (45 mins). Sadly the desert wasn’t worth the wait, the banana bread was quite dry and not oozing and moist with the caramel sauce as we had hoped upon reading the description. We also thought they missed a trick by not incorporating any Asian spices like cardamom, cinnamon into the ice cream or into the cake. The thali is fantastic and we’ll be back whenever we are in Cornwall!
Pros: Delicious thali , Delicious sides, Nice people
Cons: Service mishap, Desert not great

WOW - Edit
WOW. If you like Indian food you need to try this.
Read moreI've eaten a good amount of both northern and southern Indian food all around the country (including some of the greats in London and Birmingham) and this was quite possibly the best.
We were keen to eat here after eating and Sloth and Sparrow that was in the same premises the year before and knowing that S&S had passed the torch onto Wilder. I knew we were in for something special when the onion bhaji turned up before the thali and I took one bite to see what it was like, fully intending to eat the rest with the Thali. After that first bite I just had to have another, and another, until it was all gone and I was just grinning at my partner and blabbering in wonder at how good it was. It was perfectly spiced, crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside.
The Thali that followed was the same outstanding quality. The main bulk of which was dhal and rice, I've eaten a lot of dhal and rice in my time, it's very simple but probably one of my favourite meals, this one was possibly the best I've ever tried. The other items on the thali were all of the same outstanding quality, but mention needs to also go to the potato dish and the flatbread (order extra because it's amazing!!). The use of spice all round was very notable and delicious, there is some serious food magic going on here and the chefs know exactly what they are doing with Indian food.
I nearly didn't have room for desert, I intended to share with my partner and having a couple of spoonfuls. It turned out that it was so good I ate at least half and even suggested we consider ordering another, but thought better of it. Again it was simply amazing, a perfect example of a brownie.
The restaurant is quite small but the atmosphere was very nice, it was quite packed on the Wednesday evening we visited on, there was a nice vibe and the staff were very friendly.
Their selection of alcohol was very nice to round everything off.
Pros: Outstanding food, Great atmosphere, friendly staff, Good alcohol selection
Cons: I live several hours from Falmouth....

We had the opportunity to eat, and feast, on the ultimate vegan breakfast and it was delicious. It is a mighty mix of so many good things, scrambled tofu, potatoes, baked beans, caramelised onion, salad, sourdough bread, all was delicious. To top it up we ordered the chocolate pancakes and they were the cherry on top! Definitely recommend it and the staff is super nice

Wonderful Vegan Breakfast and Other Plant Based Food - Edit
The Happy Cow App said the Wilder Allotment Kitchen was closed, however, on checking their website, they were open.
Read moreAfter a dog walk and on a chilly, cloudy June late morning we called in to enjoy their vegan breakfast. Whilst we waited (30 minute wait for food, one person working busily alone in the kitchen) we ordered coffee. Plenty of plant based milks to chose from.
I had to remind the waitress that we were waiting for our coffee after waiting 25 minutes. The coffee was a gorgeous flavour but, alas, wasn't hot. It was beautifully presented.
The breakfast was out of this world tasty and plentiful. A great brunch. As I took my seat I saw other people eating wonderful pancakes with fruit and other toppings.
There's plenty of seating and lots of fresh air circulating. The kitchen is in the Eco Park grounds and you feel you are immersed in all the things that fit our ethos as vegans. A kind of easy, multi-cultural, art, events, horticultural and camping and health venue.
Dog and family friendly place and a great place for cyclists to call in as there are so many routes and facilities close by, including Porthtowan beach, Portreath, which isn't far away either.

Hi, the hours should be correct now, but it's probably best to check their social media as it seems they might vary a bit quite often. Thanks :)

We stayed on the Mount Pleasant eco park campsite and ate here a few times. First we had the thali which was outstanding- great selection of very different curries and dips. And then we had the vegan breakfast which again was amazing. One of the best brekies I’ve had in a long time.
